Building passport (Gebäudepass)
The Building Passport application documents and visualizes the most important energy-relevant information about a building. The aim is to develop a tool that supports the public administration in assessing the building condition of the property as well as the sustainability of the building stock.
The challenge was introduced by the Canton of Aargau and subsequently developed further by the consortium HSLU, GeoImpact, abdagon and Zukunftsregion Argovia. This was followed by an InnoCheck project, a concept study, a funding commitment from Energy Lab Zug (with MVP) and an InnoSuisse application with the participation of 3 factories and 3 cities.
